2700c lcd & keypad light always on not off

2700c lcd & keypad light always on not off.
 Some time Nokia 2700 shows a problem related to LCD Light. LCD light remain on all time. Which consume battery.I suggest solution for this problem.
Try Following method. Problem will be solved.

1.Do a factory reset.Your problem solved.
                                OR
2.Clean USB AND HEAD PHONE JACK YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVE
